S'mores Brownie Bars

Rich chocolate brownie, marshmallow cream, graham cracker cookie dough, and chocolate make this the ultimate s'mores dessert bar.

Ingredients

Brownies:

  • 1/2 cup Butter melted
  • 2/3 cup Sugar
  • 1/3 cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1/2 cup Cocoa
  • 3/4 cup Flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 - 7.5- ounce jar Marshmallow Fluff or Cream
  • Milk Chocolate Bars Hershey Bars, Trader Joe's Pound Plus Bar, or Milk Chocolate Bar

Graham Cracker Cookie Dough:

  • 1/2 cup Butter softened
  • 1/3 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. In a medium bowl, melt butter. Stir in sugars and stir until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla and stir well until combined. Stir in cocoa, flour, and salt.
  3. Pour into 9 x 9 pan. Bake for 15-17 minutes.
  4. Carefully spread marshmallow fluff or cream over hot brownie. Cover marshmallows with milk chocolate bars.
  5. In a medium bowl, cream together butter and sugars until creamy. Add egg and vanilla until well combined. Stir in graham cracker crumbs, flour, baking soda, and salt.
  6. Drop on top of chocolate and carefully press down to spread evenly. Bake for 20-24 minutes or until set.
  7. Let chill for at least 1 hour before cutting. Place in refrigerator or freezer to give it time to set up before slicing.
