Lowfat Protein No Fried Ice Cream
A healthy, low-fat dessert using Sea Salt Caramel ice cream rolled into sweet and crunchy cereal and topped with fresh strawberries and whipped cream.

Simple Truth Low Cow Sea Salt Caramel Lite Ice Cream

cup
Honey Bunches of Oats Cereal
crushed
1
lb.
Fresh Strawberries
sliced
Spray Whipped Cream

teaspoon
Honey
optional
Instructions
Roll ice cream into balls. Place in freezer and let set up and freeze for 1 hour.
Place Honey Bunches of Oats in a medium size bowl. Roll ice cream balls in cereal and press down to coat.
Place in freezer for 10-15 minutes longer.
Place fresh sliced strawberries in bowl. Top with unfried mexican ice cream ball. Top with whipped cream.
Optional: drizzle with honey, caramel sauce, or hot fudge
