In blender, add milk, eggs, water, flour, salt, sugar, and melted butter. Blend for 20 seconds.
Heat crepe pan or skillet over medium or medium low heat. Add a small pat of butter to skillet.
Pour crepe pan into skillet and lift pan to twirl it in all directions to evenly distribute batter to all edges of pan.
Cook until crepe starts to firm and the bottom is light golden brown. Loosen the edges of the crepe from the pan with a spatula. Slide the spatula under the crepe and flip over. Cook the other side for only 20-30 seconds.
Repeat process -- adding butter to pan before each crepe. To serve, roll or fold crepe and top with your favorite toppings.
