Vanilla Bean Cream Cheese Frosting
Sweet, decadent and tangy vanilla bean cream cheese frosting that can be used on anything from cakes to cookies. It's the BEST cream cheese frosting out there.

pkgs. Cream Cheese
softened

Butter
3/4 cup, softened

Powdered Sugar
if you desire a stiffer frosting, add 1/2 - 1 cup more

Vanilla Bean or 2 teaspoons Pure Vanilla Extract
Instructions
In large mixing bowl, cream together cream cheese and butter until light and fluffy, about 3-5 minutes.
Add powdered sugar and mix until creamy. If you desire a firmer frosting, add 1/2 - 1 cup more powdered sugar.
If using a vanilla bean, slit vanilla bean in half and use tip of knife to scrape the vanilla bean paste from each side of vanilla bean pod.
If using vanilla extract, add to frosting and stir until combined.
