Ingredients
(1)19-ouncepkg. Frozen Sweet Potato Fries
1TablespoonOil
1/2lb.Chicken Breastor 2 Chicken Breasts, cubed
1/3cupHot Wing Buffalo Sauce
1cupCheeseCheddar, Mozzarella, or Blue
2Green Onionsdiced
1/4cupRanch Dressing
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Spread sweet potato fries in single layer on baking sheet.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until crispy.
Heat oil over medium heat in skillet. Add cubed chicken breast. Cook until no longer pink and golden -- about 7-8 minutes. Pour sauce over chicken and cook for 1 minute longer.
Top cooked sweet potato fries with buffalo chicken. Sprinkle cheese on top.
Return to oven and cook until cheese is melted -- about 2-3 minutes.
Remove from oven and top with green onions and drizzle with ranch dressing.
