**Garam Masala is a Indian spice mix found in most grocery stores in the spice section
Instructions
In large skillet, heat oil over medium high heat. Add onion and saute for 3-4 minutes. Add garlic and ginger.
Add chicken and cook for 4-5 minutes. Add brown sugar, tomato paste, cumin, garam masala, turmeric, red chili flakes, and salt. Stir to coat chicken.
Add water and stir. Cook for 8-10 minutes.
Stir in yogurt and heat for 2 minutes.
Garnish with cilantro, almonds, and greek yogurt.
