  • 2 Tablespoons Butter
  • 2 Tablespoons Flour
  • 1-2 teaspoons Salt
  • 2 Tablespoons Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 1 lb. Frozen Corn
  • 12 ounces Heavy Cream
  • 6 Bacon Slices (optional)


  1. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium-low heat. Once butter is melted, add flour, salt, sugar, and parmesan cheese.
  2. Cook corn according to package instructions.
  3. Cook bacon according to package instructions.
  4. Add cooked corn to paste and stir to coat.
  5. Add heavy cream and stir to combine.
  6. Cook for 12-15 or until thickened.
  7. Crumble crispy bacon on top of creamed corn.
