Fresh Cranberry Orange Sauce

A simple homemade cranberry orange sauce.

  • 12 ounces Fresh Cranberries
  • 3/4 cup Sugar
  • 1 Orange juice and zest from orange
  • Cinnamon Stick


  1. In a medium saucepan, cook cranberries, sugar, orange juice, and orange zest over medium heat. Add cinnamon stick.
  2. Bring to a boil, stirring often.
  3. Let cook for 10 - 12 minutes or until cranberries began to burst and soften.
  4. Once the sauce has thickened, remove from heat and carefully remove cinnamon stick.
  5. Transfer sauce to a serving bowl, cover, and chill.
