Cook bacon until crispy in either skillet or in oven on greased baking sheet at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

Cook the sandwiches in the preheated panini grill or in heated skillet until crispy and golden brown, about 5 minutes. Place arugula in sandwich and serve immediately.
