pkg. Cream Cheese softened

Sour Cream
preferably full-fat
1/4

Mayonnaise
1/4
teaspoon
Garlic Powder

Fresh Jalapenos
diced and deseeded

Bacon
cooked until crispy and cut into small bite-size pieces

Mexican Cheese Blend
with cheddar cheese

cup
Monterey Jack Cheese
Instructions
In a large skillet or oven at 400 degrees, cook bacon until crispy. Drain on a paper-towel lined plate and cut into pieces.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a medium bowl, stir together cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, and salt.
Stir in diced jalapenos.
Fold in bacon (set aside some for topping) and 1 cup of Mexican cheese blend and 1 cup of Monterey Jack cheese, reserving some for topping.
Place in a cast-iron skillet or 8-inch baking dish.
Sprinkle remaining cheese and bacon over dip.
Bake for 16-22 minutes or until cheese is hot and bubbly.
Serve with tortilla chips, crackers, or veggies.
