Golden Milk Recipe and Natural Stress Relief Remedies
Warm comforting anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidant golden milk turmeric tea.

Ingredients

Milk
almond, coconut, or organic milk

Tablespoon
Grated Fresh Turmeric
or 2 teaspoons tumeric powder

teaspoons
Grated Fresh Ginger
or 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
1/2
teaspoon
Cinnamon
2
Tablespoons
100% Pure Maple Syrup
Instructions
Add milk, turmeric, ginger, and cinnamon to blender. Blend until turmeric and ginger are pureed.
Pour mixture into saucepan and simmer on medium low heat for about 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and add maple syrup to taste.
Can be sipped warm or cold.
