Blueberries

Strawberries

frozen if possible

Baby Spinach

Orange Juice
or Almond Milk

Greek Yogurt
OPTIONAL
Instructions
Blend blueberries, strawberries, banana, spinach, orange juice, water, and ice until smooth. Add optional greek yogurt.
**Use frozen fruit, if possible. Freeze bananas by peeling them and placing them in freezer bags.
