Golden's Garlic Parmesan Cheese Rolls
Garlic Parmesan Cheese Rolls are made with five simple ingredients -- pizza dough, butter, garlic, parmesan cheese, and mozzarella cheese.

Ingredients
16

pkg Pizza Dough
4
Tablespoons
Butter
melted (may add 2 T more, depending on preference)
1/4 - 1/2
teaspoon
Garlic Powder
1
cup
Parmesan Cheese
grated or shaved
1
cup
Mozzarella Cheese
grated (if you want it extra cheesy, use 1 1/2 cups)
Egg
optional, beaten for egg wash
Instructions
Heat oven to 400 degrees.
On floured workspace, roll out dough into rectangle, approximately 14 x 14 inches.
In small bowl, mix melted butter and garlic powder together.
Spread all over pizza dough.
Top with parmesan and mozzarella cheeses.
Starting at the long end nearest you, begin rolling up the dough.
Use a sharp knife to slice into 2 inch rolls.
Transfer the rolls onto greased baking sheet.
Tighten up the rolls as needed. Optional -- brush with egg wash to "glue" the ends together.
Bake for 13-16 minutes or until lightly golden brown and cheese is melted.
