Instructions
Layer romaine lettuce, avocado, tomatoes, cucumber, feta, red onion, peppers, carrots, and chickpeas.
In a small bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, garlic, mustard, oregano, basil, salt, pepper, and optional fresh lemon juice.
Toss on salad and serve immediately.
