The Energizer Spinach Berry Smoothie

A powerhouse green smoothie full of berries, banana, orange juice, and spinach. A healthy start to the day!

  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 1 cup Strawberries approx 6-8
  • 1 Banana frozen if possible
  • 2 cups Baby Spinach
  • 1 cup Orange Juice or Almond Milk
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • Ice
  • 6 ounces Greek Yogurt OPTIONAL


  1. Blend blueberries, strawberries, banana, spinach, orange juice, water, and ice until smooth. Add optional greek yogurt.
  2. **Use frozen fruit, if possible. Freeze bananas by peeling them and placing them in freezer bags.
