  • 3-4 large Fresh Peaches (peeled, sliced, and chopped)
  • 2 small Roma Tomatoes (diced)
  • 1/2 Red Pepper (diced)
  • 1/4 Red Onion (diced)
  • 1-2 Jalapenos (diced)
  • 1/2 bunch Cilantro (chopped)
  • 1-2 Tablespoons Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1/2-1 teaspoon Salt
  • Honey (optional for a touch of sweetness)


  1. Peel and slice peaches and cut into small pieces. Dice tomato tomatoes, red pepper, red onion, and jalapeƱos. Roughly chop cilantro leaves, removing stems. 

  2. Add lime juice. Sprinkle with salt and honey, if so desired. 

  3. Serve with tortilla chips or on top of grilled chicken or tacos.
