2 1/2lbs.Yukon Gold Potatoes or Red Potatoes
2teaspoonsLawry's Seasoned Salt(or salt)
1teaspoonSeasoned Pepper(or pepper)
1 1/2cupsHeavy Cream
1 1/2 to 2 cupsCheddar Cheese(grated)
4Green Onions(sliced)
Instructions
Place whole, unpeeled potatoes in a large pot of cold, salted water. Bring to a boil and simmer for 20–30 minutes, depending on size. The smaller the potatoes, the less time they need to cook. Check doneness by piercing with a fork or small knife and it should slide in easily with no resistance.
Let potatoes cool slightly. Peel (skins should slip off easily), quarter, and cut into small bite-sized chunks.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spread potatoes evenly in a lightly greased baking dish (about 9x13, or it can be smaller if you want to stack the potatoes). Sprinkle evenly with seasoned salt and seasoned pepper. Drizzle heavy cream over the top. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and green onions.
Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, until the cream is bubbly and slightly thickened, and the cheese is melted.
Let cool slightly before serving. Check for seasonings and add more salt and pepper if needed.

Can I make this ahead of time?
Yes! Assemble everything up to the baking step, cover and refrigerate for up to 24 hours. Bake uncovered straight from the refrigerator, adding 5–10 extra minutes to the baking time.
