2cupsFresh Mozzarella Ciliegine Balls or Shredded Fresh Mozzarella Cheese
1cupGrape Tomatoeshalved (optional)
Olive Oil(optional for crust)
Instructions
Heat oven to 450 degrees.
Spray round pizza stone or pizza stone with non-stick cooking spray or drizzle with olive oil.
Place pizza crust on pan. Using a rolling pin, roll dough onto edges of pan until it makes a circular shape.
Spread pesto sauce over pizza crust. Top with rotisserie chicken, dollops of ricotta cheese, and mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle on tomatoes, if so desired.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.
