Lawry's Seasoned Salt
1Jalapenosliced or ¼ cup Jarred Jalapenos
¼cupSweet Cherry Pepperssliced

MJ's Burger Sauce:
Pinchof Cayenne Pepper
2Dill Pickle Sliceschopped (optional)
Heat grill to high. For ½ lb. burgers, make 4 large patties. For ⅓ lb. burgers, make 6 patties. Press down so the meat is larger than the bun, as it shrinks as it cooks. Press the center of the meat with a thumb to make indention so the meat doesn't puff in the center.
Season generously on both sides with Lawry's seasoned salt and pepper.
Cook for 5-8 minutes per side or to the desired degree of doneness. Top with cheese the last minute of cooking.
Cook bacon in skillet, oven, or microwave to desired crispiness.
To make MJ sauce: in a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, garlic powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper. Add optional dill pickle. Spread on both sides of the bun.
To assemble Arizona Bombshell Burger:
Spread MJ sauce on both sides of the bun. Top with beef, bacon, jalapenos, sweet cherry peppers, tomato, lettuce, and onion.
