In a large bowl, stir together ground beef, ground sausage, eggs, parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, basil, parsley, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Use clean hands and mix all together until thoroughly combined. Roll into balls.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add meatballs and brown for 3-5 minutes per side. Once the meatballs are browned, add to the slow cooker. Repeat with remaining meatballs.
