Ingredients
Brownie Layer:
1/2cupButtersoftened
1cupSugar
1/2cupBrown Sugar
2Eggs
1 1/2teaspoonsVanilla
1/2cupFlour
1/4cupCake Flour
1/2cupCocoa Powder
1/4teaspoonSalt
3/4cupSemi-Sweet Chocolate Chunks or Chips
Chocolate Frosting:
4TablespoonsButtersoftened
1/2cupCocoa Powder
1cupPowdered Sugar
2TablespoonsHeavy Cream or Milk
Toppings:
1cupChocolate Covered Pretzels
1cupM & M's
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In large mixing bowl, cream together butter, sugar, and brown sugar for 3-4 minutes or until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Add vanilla.
Stir in flour, cake flour, cocoa, and salt until mixed together.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Pour into 8 x 8 pan and spread evenly.
Bake for 18-24 minutes.
Let cool.
To make frosting:
Cream butter until light and fluffy. Stir in cocoa, powdered sugar, and cream. Spread on top of cooled brownies.
