Ingredients

Graham Cracker Cookie Dough:

  • 3/4 cup Butter 1 1/2 sticks, softened
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 2/3 cup Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Egg Yolk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1 1/3 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs from about 1 full package
  • 1 1/2 cups Flour
  • 3/4 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 3/4 teaspoon Salt

Marshmallow and Chocolate Topping:

  • 1 - 7- ounce jar Marshmallow Cream
  • 8 ounces Milk Chocolate Bars

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl, cream butter, brown sugar, and sugar for 3 minutes or until light and fluffy.
  3. Add egg, egg yolk, and vanilla and mix together.
  4. Stir in graham cracker crumbs, flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Press 1/2 of graham cracker cookie dough in 8 x 8-inch pan.
  6. Cover graham cracker with chocolate bars.
  7. Spread marshmallow cream over chocolate bars, completely covering.
  8. Lightly press the remaining 1/2 of graham cracker cookie dough on top of marshmallow cream.
  9. Bake for 26-30 minutes or until golden.
  10. Let cool.
  11. Tip: For ease of cutting, place in freezer for at least 30 minutes before slicing.
  12. Cut into slices and serve. The marshmallow cream and chocolate is melty so it may run. Freezing helps solidify chocolate and marshmallow. Leave at room temperature for 10 minutes before serving.
