This overnight oats recipe also called Bircher Muesli is made by soaking oats overnight with juice, milk, honey, vanilla, and greek yogurt and then fold in vanilla whipped cream for extra creaminess and topped with fresh fruits, dried fruits, and nuts. It is the perfect and delicious easy, grab-and-go breakfast.

Instructions
In a mixing bowl, add rolled oats, orange juice, milk, honey, yogurt, and vanilla and stir until combined. Cover the bowl or place in a large jar. Place in the refrigerator and refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight.
When ready to serve, whip 1/2 cup of heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold into the bircher muesli. Fold in grated or diced apples.
Top with a generous amount of brown sugar and fruits, nuts, seeds, or dried fruits. May drizzle with honey.
Store in the refrigerator in covered container for up to 5 days.
