8SlicesSourdough Bread
3/4lb.Turkey Breast
8SlicesBaconcooked until crisp
4SlicesHavarti or White Cheddar Cheese
1Bosc Pear
1/4cupArugula
4TablespoonsFig Spread
4TablespoonsButter
Instructions
Cook bacon until crispy in either skillet or in oven on greased baking sheet at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
Spread fig spread on each piece of bread. Layer turkey, bacon, cheese, and pear on bread. Spread butter on each side of bread.
Cook the sandwiches in the preheated panini grill or in heated skillet until crispy and golden brown, about 5 minutes. Place arugula in sandwich and serve immediately.
