Ingredients
6cupsFresh Peaches(peeled and sliced, about 6-7 large peaches)
1/4 - 1/2cup Sugar(depending on sweetness of peaches)
1boxVanilla or Yellow Cake Mix
3/4cupButter (1 1/2 sticks, cut into thin slices)
Garnish:
Vanilla Bean Ice Cream(optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Peel and slice the peaches and place in a medium sized bowl. Toss with sugar.
Pour peaches into a 9 x 13 pan and evenly spread out. Sprinkle cake mix all over the peaches.
Slice the butter into very thin pieces. Place the butter over the cake mix, trying to cover the entire pan with butter.
Bake for 42-50 minutes or until bubbly and golden. Remove from the oven and let set up for at least 10-15 minutes.
