Some of them have thousands and thousands of five-star reviews. A few have been made in more kitchens than I can wrap my head around. These are the Modern Honey greatest hits, all in one place.
Every single recipe here was tested in my own kitchen before it ever went live, and most were tested many times over. I bake a cake five or six different ways before I decide on the one. I adjust the oven temperature, swap the flour, change the order of the mixing, and take notes until it works every single time. Then it goes out into the world, and thousands of home cooks put it to the real test.
